4. After Completion the Authentication Sucessfully in next scrern you can see the information of Your Aadhar along with the CSC Form, which youhave fill . And here you have to Submit the images of Inner and Outer part of the CSC Centre Room.
After filling the form, You have to Submit the form.
5. After Submission of form there will be Generate a Application id which you have to Save for future purposes. Along with this you will Receive the Acknowledgement in Your Email id, which you provided in above steps.
